Planned for an initial deployment within North America, A2iA Mobility, a patent-pending software toolkit, will allow the solution provider to offer its clients an alternative to traditional remote deposit capture (RDC), and to enable its agents and merchants in the field the ability to process payments on-the-go, from anywhere, at any time.

Its client-side capabilities deliver all check usability, image analysis and data recognition features locally to the phone or tablet so that payments can be completed without a server. A2iA Mobility’s global footprint also allows for checks outside of the United States to be processed offline, expanding mobile payment capabilities to emerging markets.
