All County® Advanced Property Management is now open in Clearwater, offering management solutions for both owners and renters in Pinellas and surrounding counties. The company’s mission is to ensure that every property owner has an honest and competent professional to manage their most valuable assets.
Hon Wong and Su Ferrera own the Clearwater location, their second in the Tampa Bay area, All County Tampa Bay. All County Tampa Bay opened about four years ago and now manages hundreds of units. Wong and Ferrera are among the first to own multiple All County franchise locations.
Ferrera spent years as an HSN show host, before she developed a passion for real estate. Wong worked in corporate sales for more than 15 years. They each have about a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Wong has always had a love for it.
“When I first learned about All County, I realized this would be a huge opportunity,” said Wong. “I believe in their system and I’m very grateful to offer our expanded services to more owners and renters with this new location.”
Wong and Ferrera had faith in the All County system from day one, which they feel is extremely important in today’s market. According to the Census Bureau’s 2012 American Community Survey, it’s estimated that about 36% of housing units in the United States are renter-occupied. That estimate has increased every year since at least 2008.
All County is a full service property management company with more than 20 years of experience.
