Cision, the leading provider of cloud-based PR software, services and tools for the marketing and public relations industry, today announced an agreement with social media and content expert Jay Baer to work together to promote emerging best practices and innovation in the field of content marketing.
Baer, founder and president of Convince & Convert and an author, strategist and investor, is among the industry’s premier thought leaders in social media and content marketing.
Fast Company named him one of America’s top social media consultants and the Content Marketing Institute ranked the Convince & Convert blog the No. 1 content marketing resource in the U.S. Over the course of his career, Baer has consulted with over 700 companies, and he speaks before over 75 industry groups every year. He is the co-author of The NOW Revolution.
With the agreement, Baer will help develop and co-host Cision webinars that focus on emerging trends and best practices in content marketing. The topics are designed to help communicators better manage their brand’s reputations and tell their company’s stories by creating, curating, optimizing and amplifying online content. Cision also will contribute research and insights to the Convince & Convert blog.
