Three of Poyant’s Field Service Technicians recently completed the Watchfire Service Network On-Site Training for Electronic Message Center (EMC) Installation and Maintenance.

Marco Vieira, Jason Cordeiro, and Matthew Santos received comprehensive factory training at the Watchfire Headquarters in Danville, Illinois. The training program consisted of a hands-on approach to understanding the internal components and the electrical and data pathways within every Watchfire sign. Poyant’s technicians learned troubleshooting techniques and had the opportunity to build and assemble a high resolution EMC system during their training session.
