Simon Guobadia names Latin music veteran, Roberto Rivera President of the Miami based record label. “I’m excited and extremely confident in the vision, work ethic and industry experience my partner, Roberto Rivera brings to Simcol Entertainment Group Latin. In Rivera’s new role as President, securing the right talent has been his priority. I’m here to help him make the label successful and support his creative vision,” shares Guobadia.
Simcol Entertainment Group Latin signed Internet sensation and stars Panacea Project, who Roberto discovered on YouTube. Panacea Project has single handedly built a loyal following and support from top artists and songwriters in the Latin music industry. Romeo Santos, Victor Manuelle and Grammy Nominated songwriter Jorge Piloto have all personally congratulated Panacea Project on their recent success. The young stars organically acquired over a million unique views on YouTube. “We’re building on the momentum surrounding Panacea Project and have lined up a series of promotional and marketing avenues to develop them into the house hold name they will soon become,” adds Rivera.
The Group has already co-written three songs with Latin music hit maker, Daniel Santa Cruz. Daniel currently has the #2 and #3 songs on the Billboard Latin charts for Prince Royce and Leslie Grace. He has four American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) awards, a Billboard and Premio Lo Nuestro for the songs “Perdidos” and “No Es Una Novela.”
