Forman, Pett, and Salerno will support R&J’s account management team, contributing to the development and execution of strategic public relations programs and initiatives for clients in the healthcare, consumer products, and business-to-business sectors.

Forman previously worked in the social media/digital marketing department at RPMMSC, an artist management and marketing company in New York City. Additionally, she assisted in the public relations and marketing department at East Carolina University’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and worked as a public relations assistant for the non-profit organization ENC Stop Human Trafficking. A Manasquan, N.J. resident, Forman graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University in May 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, and a minor in Business Administration. She is an active volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club.
Prior to joining R&J, Pett worked in the marketing department at Fitness Quest 10, a premier health and human performance center in San Diego, Calif. She graduated cum laude from High Point University in May 2012, earning a Bachelor's Degree in strategic communications, with a minor in marketing. A resident of Brick, N.J., Pett has been active in a number of charities including Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Jersey Shore Medical Center Pediatrics, and Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Salerno was previously an Account Coordinator at Lotus823, a full-service marketing communications firm, where she focused on social media marketing and branding. She has held several customer service positions and served as a Recruitment Specialist for The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and continues to support and participate in its events. A resident of Middletown, N.J., Salerno graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, emphasis in marketing.
