The ArchiMate standard defines a common language for describing the construction and operation of business processes, organisational structures, information flows, IT systems, and technical infrastructure, and supports the use of Enterprise Modeling tools such as ABACUS in the design, assessment, and communication of the consequences of decisions and changes within and between these business domains.
ABACUS 4.0’s support of ArchiMate 2.0, and its official certification, confirms ABACUS’s out-of-the-box conformance to industry best-practice open standards. ABACUS 4.0 is also certified against the latest Open Group Architecture Framework, TOGAF 9.1, and is the only tool to be certified against both Open Group standards.
