The new name reflects the moniker by which the company is largely known among both existing clients and the market at large, and better accommodates its continued geographic and service expansion. In addition, DTI launched a new website that helps clients better understand the broad scope of services and technology offered across discovery, facilities management and knowledge process outsourcing solutions.
Founded in 1998, DTI rapidly expanded services and supported geographies through a combination of organic growth and acquisition. Over the last few years, DTI acquired Daticon-EED, Skyline Legal Technologies, Bridge City Legal, Unlimited Discovery Group and Esquire Litigation Solutions to rapidly expand discovery services capacity and capabilities. During the same period, the company began investing heavily in knowledge process outsourcing services including managed document review and middle-office solutions for law firms and financial service institutions.
