On Saturday, March 17, Calloway’s and Cornelius Nursery gardeners will have access to more than 100 varieties of groundcovers at the garden center’s annual Groundcover Day sales event in Dallas (Greenville Ave), Fort Worth (Hulen St), Plano (Preston Rd) and Flower Mound (Long Prairie) in the Dallas Fort Worth area and both Houston locations.

Goundcovers are low-growing plants that perform well in sun or shade and beautify Texas lawns in areas where grasses are difficult to grow. All 19 Calloway’s and Cornelius Nursery garden centers will facilitate a “Groundcovers in the Landscape” informational gardening clinic at 10:15 am. for those interested in learning how to integrate groundcovers into landscape designs.
