Housing Visions is proud to announce and welcome Heather Schroeder to its team of Development Project Managers. She will be responsible for oversight of real estate development including preparing financing applications, acquiring properties, coordinating design and construction documents, and ensuring project compliance. Ms. Schroeder’s expertise will focus on expanding Housing Visions’ model of real estate development outside of New York State.
Heather joins the team from Affirmative Investments, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts where she was Project Manager. During her successful tenure at Affirmative Investments, Inc. she helped to secure $7 million in funding for non-profit real estate projects and was responsible for coordinating real estate due diligence for financial closings and providing tax credit consultation services to non-profit developers of housing, health care, and educational facilities.
Heather comes to Housing Visions with 3+ years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
