AgencyLogic, the largest real estate industry provider of single property Websites in North America, today announced that they have signed an agreement with Trulia that will enable PowerSites (single property Websites) to be included on Trulia’s high-powered residential search engine.
AgencyLogic PowerSites allow Realtors to create comprehensive, single property Websites for less than the cost of a newspaper ad. Each PowerSite includes a Website address, e.g., 123AnySt.com, one year of hosting and all the tools needed to describe the property in detail, add photos, floor plans, create slideshows, upload related documents, map the property, create custom links, as well as unlimited, user-controlled changes to the PowerSite.
This agreement will provide even greater exposure to these single property Websites by including them on Trulia.com free of charge. The Trulia search engine represents the latest in residential real estate search, allowing consumers to easily search online for homes for sale, trends, neighborhood insights and other market data and then be directed to the richest source of property information located on a Realtor’s AgencyLogic PowerSite.
