AC4S, a respected supplier of voice, visual information, and data solutions and services for public sector organizations declared without delay that it has been awarded a total of 15 new prime contractor orders that are valued at more than $23M since 07/29/11. "A phenomenal 3 months for Advanced C4 Solutions - our best ever" - declared AC4S' CEO and President, Hugh Campbell. "Not only did we replace all our expiring work but we replaced it with work supporting the Intelligence and Cyber Communities" claimed Mr. Campbell. "And, on top of this, we were granted a prime contract for the General Services Administration's 8(a) STARS II Program with a value of $10.2B."
Norm Abdallah, Executive V.P. & co-owner of Advanced C4 Solutions, names the General Services Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of State, & several National and Military Service Intelligence organizations as a part of AC4S' constantly improving customer base. In addition, Mr. Abdallah says that "We also received three new contracts supporting one of our long term military joint command customers"..
One such contract is to supply supervision, materials, and labor necessary to carry out program management support solutions to the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) at MacDill AFB in Fl. Advanced C4 Solutions and its principle partner, Fulcrum Information Technology Services Company are providing support solutions within the following functional arenas: mechanical engineering, vehicle operations maintenance, and facilities management, civil engineering, logistics support, and electrical engineering, personnel security, command administration, and weapons training, technology training, and program analysis.
"AC4S has a long standing history of supporting JCSE in a wide variety of areas" mentioned Mr. Campbell, which is a JCSE veteran as well. "Our documented history of receiving ‘exceptional' CPARS ratings includes our support at JCSE."
Rich Wehde, AC4S' Program Manager at JCSE is also the Advanced C4 Solutions' Quality Manager. "We recently completed our ISO 9000 Stage II audit and have become an ISO registered company", stated Wehde. "Pursuing a formal quality certification under the mantra of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement was made easier because that‘s our focus here at JCSE - customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. We applied what we do here to our corporate processes."
Advanced C4 Solutions' VP of Operations and JCSE Veteran, Bill Savage, constantly struggles to obtain the appropriate personnel for the new work. "Even with the down economy, it's still a challenge to find the exactly right people that will measure up to our extremely high technical and ethical standards, but we continue to be successful in finding them", explained Savage. "This company is owned and managed by former senior military personnel and we demand nothing but the highest caliber people to help us execute the special trust our customers have placed in us."
"Our JCSE staff has a long history with the command", Savage stated. "Many of them served for years at JCSE as military members or government civilians. Our corporate knowledge of JCSE and its mission is extensive with 80% of our Executive Management team being JCSE alumni, including a former commander. We understand where that customer is coming from because we were once that customer. We at AC4S wear the JCSE purple color for a reason." Advanced C4 Solutions deploys with the Joint Communications Support Element today as civilians much like they have as they were on active duty, as a result it's an effortless transition for them. They know the background of The Joint Communications Support Element mainly because lots of AC4S' personnel were part of creating that history, and are still are doing so today.
