Perceptive Software, creator of enterprise content management (ECM) products, including ImageNow® document management, imaging and workflow, announced today that Pinnacol Assurance, Colorado’s leading workers’ compensation insurance provider, will be deploying ImageNow® for claims processing and throughout other areas of the company.
Perceptive Software’s patented LearnMode™ technology will allow Pinnacol to integrate ImageNow® with its custom-built business systems without disrupting operations. By deploying ImageNow, Pinnacol will eliminate the inefficiencies of manual claims processing, which will allow employees to work more efficiently through the elimination of paper and improved work flow. Documents will be secure and electronically available to authorized staff at any point in the claims process. Single-click access will eliminate the cost and delay of paper copies and distribution.
