m&h has been awarded the prize for the best innovation in the measuring instruments category at EMO 2011. The award has been given for the software „PC-DMIS NC Gage“ and its optional module „Kinematic Setup“. The award recognizes the software for its wide range of measuring functions that have been made available for machine-tool-users with controls from Fanuc, Okuma and Mori Seiki. Particularly highlighted is the easy teach-in method for operating the software. The module “Kinematic Setup“ enables the users to machine their parts more precisely and to check and re-compensate the accuracy of their 4th and 5th axes of the machines quickly and easily.
This award honors our dedication to shop-floor oriented development and innovation focused on the user. The award not only confirms m&h’s innovation strategy, it is a symbol of m&h’s technical leadership in measuring on machine-tools.
About m&h Inprocess Messtechnik
m&h probes (mh-inprocess.com) are used to measure parts on milling machines, machining centres, lathes, turning-milling centres, grinding machines, special machines and robots. For small batches or medium to mass series production, parts can be aligned and their geometries checked while still in the machine.
Probes make everyday work easier, reduce manufacturing times and costs, and open up the full possibilities of modern machines.
