TreeHouse Interactive™, the technology leader in on-demand partner relationship management (PRM) and marketing automation solutions, today announced new partner marketing functionality for its industry-leading Reseller View™ PRM solution. The new functionality includes automatically co-branded marketing content, full service outbound marketing campaigns and co-branded partner micro-sites. This functionality enables companies to provide new levels of partner marketing support—accelerating partner sales and loyalty. With a high level of automation, Reseller View also significantly reduces the time and cost associated with producing and delivering the marketing materials required to ensure partner success. As a testament to the importance of partner marketing enablement, Everything Channel’s 2011 Partner Program Guide gave special recognition to partner programs offering campaign design, marketing services and demand generation services with its prestigious 5-Star awards. Marketing assistance is one of the most requested benefits that partners ask for from the companies they represent. Yet, providing effective marketing support to larger partner networks poses a significant challenge, due to the manual processes and cost of materials involved.

Co-branded Marketing Materials
To provide a co-branded datasheet, brochure or competitive guide, many companies ask partners to apply for materials, approve/deny the requests manually, order printing on approved materials, then have them shipped to the partner. This process is costly, time consuming and not eco-friendly. With new Reseller View automated partner marketing enablement technology, partners simply visit the partner portal to place an order, upload the requested information, and the system automatically produces co-branded, print-ready artwork for use by the partner as needed. The process is immediate and approvals are automatic. Any HTML or print document can be produced, and the design options are virtually unlimited.

Full Service Outbound Email Marketing and Demand Generation
Reseller View now includes a full service email campaign component that enables channel managers to support their partners' with outbound campaigns. The solution assists partners by creating individual co-branded campaign materials such as emails and landing pages, and executing campaign launches. Real-time reports automatically sent to the partner reflect campaign results, such as email opens, number of click-throughs, etc. For those campaigns with landing pages, partners can receive real-time emails notifying them of qualified leads.

Partner Mini-Sites
Reseller View enables companies to offer their partners co-branded “mini-sites” that can be embedded on partner websites—allowing them to deliver consistent content to many partners and prospects at once. It also promotes better lead capture, provides partners with a way to demonstrate a tighter link with the company they represent, and helps partners leverage proven company content to generate leads. Embedded mini-sites use the partner’s existing website, but add co-branded subnavigation with automated content syndication and a landing page with automated lead distribution. Lead notifications are automatically sent to the partner in real-time.
