Frost & Sullivan announced today its inaugural launch of The Legends of Silicon Valley Forum, at this year’s GIL 2011: Silicon Valley, taking place Sept. 11 - 14 at the Fairmont San Jose in San Jose, CA.
The Frost & Sullivan Institute (a registered 501-© 3 non-profit) in cooperation with The Computer History Museum, has brought together a panel of Silicon Valley pioneers for a provocative and interactive discussion promising to be an eyebrow-raising lively debate exploring key insights and best practices that are driving today's key stake holders including: social media, green technologies, cloud computing and transcendent management issues like innovation and retention of talent.
Mike Malone, author and journalist and with ABC News Online will be facilitating the panel, which includes: C. Richard Kramlich, Chairman & Co-Founder of New Enterprise Associates (NEA); Bill Davidow, author, engineer, marketing executive, and venture capitalist, as well as a former Intel executive; Stratton Sclavos, former Chairman and CEO for VeriSign; and Federico Faggin, the 2010 National Medal of Technology and Innovation recipient and inventor of the first microprocessor for Intel, among others still to be named.
