The seminar will help attendees learn how to leverage communications technology to enhance their business operations and increase profits and efficiency. The seminar will include a keynote presentation by Avaya expert Mark Messingham, who will discuss critical challenges that can be addressed through unified business communications, such as how to maintain high productivity, reduce expenses, increase responsiveness and recruit and retain talented employees. The seminar will also include an inside look at the latest communications technology with hands-on demonstrations. Tom Poland, an IP Telephony Engineer and National Project Manager for ASD, will present a business case study outlining how other businesses have achieved success and risen above the competition with strong communications strategies that made it easy for customers to do business with them.
