Following a simple three step process, Chief Compliance Officers or Program Administrators can launch their program in less than 30 minutes and begin representative training immediately.
Quest CE began developing Firm Element Express in the fourth quarter of 2010 and through a series of enhancements to their proprietary learning management system, Renaissance, have created an automated system that allows Firm Element Program Administrators to manage all aspects of training and tracking on their own.
The first step allows for Program Administrators to create a Company profile within Renaissance, select their number of representatives needing training and tracking, and then selecting from Quest CE’s complete suite of solutions, including: Firm Element Training, Annual Compliance Meeting, Annual Compliance Questionnaire, Needs Analysis Survey, Outside Business Activity Tracking, Gifts and Entertainment Tracking, Political Contributions Tracking, and/or Anti-Money Laundering Training.
The second step is to process and confirm the services chosen. Payment can be made using a credit card and a receipt of the payment will be delivered to the e-mail address provided. In step three, Program Administrators are provided with a Firm Element Express Manual to assist in launching their program. The last step in the process is entering the representatives into the program, creating their usernames and passwords, and assigning the training and tracking selected for them in step one. Once the representatives have been entered into the system, the program is live. Program administrators can notify their representatives of their usernames and passwords and they can immediately begin completing their annual requirements by logging in to their profiles at learn.questce.com/.
Firm Element Express allows firms to load up to 500 students and assign tracking from Quest CE’s comprehensive course library and robust tracking solutions. The system is beneficial for smaller Broker/Dealers that would prefer to handle their programs without the assistance of an account executive, and still want to take advantage of Quest CE’s extensive list of Firm Element solutions.
