Lynden, WA, United States, 2011/07/12 - Sterling Heights, Michigan-based, 200+-unit Jet’s Pizza® announced this week that the company has approved the SpeedLine point of sale software for use in its company-owned restaurants and franchise locations - JetsPizza.com.
“Point of sale selection is a strategic factor in our plans to grow Jet’s Pizza® to 300 locations,” said Jet’s® co-founder and vice president of marketing John Jetts.
“In our stores running SpeedLine, delivery times are significantly shorter, and order entry is faster,” Jetts explains. Moreover, Jetts continues,“The seamless online ordering integration between SpeedLine, the Jet’s® website, and our restaurants is driving revenue. Since the integration, delivery has increased from 40- to 60-percent of sales, and our average delivery ticket is up from $7 to $9 for online orders.”
Among the key considerations in approving the SpeedLine POS for Jet’s® locations were tools to manage delivery efficiency, seamless web ordering integration, and PCI compliance.
