Paul Loucks, President and CEO, Halogen Software, explains the importance of the company's clients in delivering key sessions on the conference agenda. "Our User Conference always includes an exceptional line up of HR experts and thought leaders speaking on a variety of talent management topics," said Loucks. "But equally important are the presentations from our customers. We encourage our customers to share their successes and practical experience with their peers. We all learn so much from these accomplishments - and this kind of sharing is instrumental in supporting the needs of all our customers."
Halogen Software customers are encouraged to nominate their organizations for the fourth annual Bright Lights Awards, which are presented at the conference and honor successes in implementation, culture and bottom line results.
