The appointment of Ms. Bradley underscores the significant role that ADPís industry thought leadership is playing in helping to advance and shape the field of global human capital management, and its ongoing commitment to contributing to the development of global HR industry standards and best practices.
Ms. Bradley will contribute her decades of HR experience and human capital management expertise to the U.S. Technical Advisory Group for the International Organization of Standardization Technical Committee 260 for Human Resource Management (U.S. TAG for ISO/TC260 HRM). Bradley joins an esteemed group of experts in human resource management that will offer broad, coordinated guidance to human resource practitioners, and will harmonize disparate practices for the benefit of organizations and their employees.
Originally proposed to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the committee aims to offer broad, coordinated guidance to human resource practitioners, as well as harmonize disparate practices for the benefit of organizations and their employees. SHRM is an ANSI member and accredited standards developer currently working to develop a body of national standards for the HR profession.

Ms. Bradley, an ADP employee for more than 22 years, first joined the company in 1989 as a Product Manager of the Employer Services Group Marketing team. In 1995 joined the HR organization and held progressive roles supporting various ADP business units until 2005. She is now responsible for the management of ADPís internal human resources technology as well as creating an analytics capability for the enterprise. Her responsibilities include developing and communicating process for managing priorities for global technology projects, developing strategy for a global data model, implementing a stewardship model and ensuring compliance through communication and education, and developing and communicating service level standards for reporting/data sharing.

ADP has also been an active participant in other SHRM-sponsored standards committees and task forces. For the past seven months, two other ADP employees, Jennifer Cozier, Director of Product Management and Fran Cardaci, Vice President of Relationship Management, have served on the Global Measures and Metrics Task Force, which was spun off from the U.S. TAG.
The SHRM-sponsored Measures and Metrics Taskforce is focused on three standards projects: the type of HR indicators that will demonstrate human capital value in investor instruments and types of metrics that an effective HR organization should capture. Establishing standards in this area is expected to help facilitate ďapple to appleĒ performance comparisons and improve HR organizational performance, while also enhancing the use of HR resources and reducing the cost of HR operations.
The U.S. TAG for ISO/TC260 HRM will hold its first meeting at the SHRM 2011 Annual Conference & Exposition, taking place in Las Vegas, June 26-29, 2011.
