Bangkok, Thailand, 07/07/2005 - Fraser, the premier international serviced residence management company with gold standard residences in Singapore, Shenzhen, Seoul, Manila, London and Paris, has entered the Thai market by opening Fraser Place Serviced Residences in Langsuan, Bangkok.

Fraser Serviced Residences has made an agreement with Siamphan Enterprise Public Co., Ltd., whereupon Fraser occupies 36 floors, featuring 131 studio, one, two, three and four bedroom serviced residences on Soi Langsuan, Bangkok.
“We are thrilled to be opening in Bangkok. We see tremendous potential for Fraser in Asia and one of our key goals is to further expand in those regions. Besides Thailand, we also intend to expand into Chinese cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu and Shanghai,” said Ms. Cheah Chin Kim, General Manager for Fraser.
“Fraser is well equipped to take advantage of Bangkok’s booming economy, rich culture and wealth of tourist attractions,” added Ms. Cheah. “Not only will we cater to the business community and expatriates on medium and long-term assignments, we also offer holiday makers an alternative to hotels with our short term lets which welcome stays for as short as one night.”
Fraser Place Serviced Residences are decorated in a contemporary style; each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette as well as entertainment and communication facilities. A complimentary breakfast is served daily while maid service, 24-hour reception and security service are on hand to ensure guests’ stays are as comfortable and safe as possible.
Mr Choe Peng Sum, Chief Operating Officer at Fraser Serviced Residences said, ”Many extended stay guests require the extra safety, but they also want menu-driven service like a choice of housekeeping, laundry and home maintenance care programmes.
