"PK" Upadhyaya as senior vice president of engineering and operations and chief technology officer. In his new position Upadhyaya will be responsible for the rigor and scalability of the entire technology stack and all hosting operations.

Upadhyaya brings broad experience in engineering and operations across multiple industries and markets. He has held a variety of senior executive engineering and operational positions at VMware, Intuit, and Hewlett-Packard where he was CTO of HPshopping.com and led their Consumer Business Organization's worldwide development. He brings a wealth of experience in the business intelligence (BI), master data, and analytics domains having led VMware as their Data tsar, and HP's BI and Decision Support Organization. He has significant experience in services based architectures and led Intuit's Next Gen Business Infrastructure engineering team during his tenure there. He has also served as the CEO of Rising Solutions, Inc., where he transformed the India-based company into a web- and mobile-focused global software solutions company.
