To meet continuing demand for its customized employment screening technology, FRS has welcomed new members to its staff and opened the doors to a newly expanded headquarters.

Introducing the Newest Additions to the FRS Team
Randy Hersom, Software Engineer -- Randy is responsible for co-leading the customization and integration efforts for FRS and its clients. Before joining FRS, Randy spent more than 20 years with Habilitation Software, starting as the company’s first employee and ending his tenure as its president. While at Habilitation Software, Randy served as the lead programmer on the Habilitation Documentation and Personal Planning Systems, used by agencies that serve people with developmental disabilities.
Terry Leigh, IT Support Specialist – Terry’s passion for building complete network infrastructures and his background in customer service make him a great fit for the FRS IT Support Team. Terry worked his way through school to earn his degree in IT Networking, serving in customer service and management roles for K-Mart and Food Lion. His well-balanced mix of skills enables him to listen to and work adeptly with clients to keep their systems running at their peak of performance.
Leon Mayberry, Strategic Services Manager – With a background in independent contracting and systems development and analysis for First Union Capital Markets, the Internal Revenue Service and IBM, Leon has had a hand in creating a number of corporations’ software systems. Before joining the team, Leon served as a lead application developer for Duke Energy, heading up the technical efforts behind the implementation of a new 25,000+ user online, time reporting system. Prior to working at Duke, Leon also served as the CTO for Blue Pine Systems for six years, leading all technical and IT staff and programs.
Mindy DuQuette, Marketing Manager – Having worked on many marketing, IT and HR initiatives, Mindy has a strong cross-functional background. As PR manager for the LendingTree and RealEstate.com brands, she spent many years building those companies brand names, as well as relationships with trade, local and national media. In 2009, she began working as a change management consultant for Duke Energy, leading the communications efforts for a two-year, enterprise-wide, implementation for the company’s 25,000+ users.
