West Olive, MI, United States, 09/25/2006 – Cirque Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alps Electric Co., Ltd. and a leader in the capacitance touch technology industry, today announced it has named Selected Technologies as a sales and support representative for Iowa and Michigan.
“Cirque is making an active push to expand its sales network,” said Nate Coy, sales manager, OEM products for Cirque. “We want to offer our unique capacitive touch products to our customers through proven and established partners. Selected Technologies has a tremendous success record and is a perfect fit for carrying and supporting Cirque’s products.”
Selected Technologies will carry products based on Cirque’s GlidePoint® and GlideSensor® technologies. It will not only sell and support Cirque’s off-the-shelf products, but it will also help OEM customers to implement Cirque’s solutions into their own unique products and designs. Cirque capacitive touch input technology increases the performance and value of PC peripherals and touchpads, mobile phones, consumer/lifestyle electronics and industrial controls, in addition to many other applications across multiple industries.
