Juniper Network’s will offer Openet’s Policy Manager, a fully compliant 3GPP Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF), and Online Charging System (OCS) product suite, which includes Convergent Charging, Network Edge Rating, and Balance Manager. This software integration will provide increased visibility and control over network resources in real-time.
