Shawnee, KS, United States, 03/15/2011 - Combining Perceptive Software’s ECM products with Parchment’s Docufide Receiver transcript delivery system improves efficiencies for education institutions.

Perceptive Software, creator of enterprise content management (ECM) products, including ImageNow® document management, document imaging and workflow, today announced a partnership with Parchment™ for their Docufide® platform. ImageNow will work in concert with the Docufide transcript delivery system by integrating with Docufide Receiver®, a standards-compliant, secure module for the receipt of electronic education credentials from K-12 and postsecondary institutions worldwide. The integration will provide more flexibility for the end user by offering an efficient process for receiving, capturing and linking documents to student records.

ImageNow enables users to instantly retrieve all transcript documents directly from the context of the associated record in a student information system (SIS) and eliminates the process of manually linking incoming transcripts to the appropriate SIS record. The Docufide component will speed document processing through consistent transcript document layout and format.
