The World Human Resources Development Congress and a jury of top executives, including the country's Secretary of the Department of Public Enterprises, recently presented Pinnacle Performance Company the prestigious award for Vendor Innovation in Learning and Talent Management. The award recognizes those companies believed to offer an exceptional approach to training and educational development.
After selecting Pinnacle from a field of Indian and international nominees, the award committee released this statement: "Pinnacle is an example of consistent innovation and has built uniqueness into its approach to training. This gives Pinnacle a competitive edge over others."
Dr. Archana Arcot, Head of Organizational Development for India-based Infosys, a Pinnacle client since 2009, agreed with the Congress’ decision.
“The ability to understand the distinct leadership needs and then customize each program based on the specific target audience is what differentiates Pinnacle,” reinforced Arcot.
“Their facilitators truly make the difference in terms of getting the learner into a deliberate practice frame that sustains itself beyond the program.”
Pinnacle has operated as a preferred communications training vendor for many Indian companies since 2005. Adding Asian clients to its international customer base (including 17 countries) proved a noteworthy challenge, but the company is encouraged by the Congress’ recognition.
"We're ecstatic to receive this honor, " said Dave Lewis, President and CEO of Pinnacle. "It validates our approach to training and encourages us to continue to chart new waters in international markets."
Pinnacle has trained thousands of international executives, managers and consultants and seeks to continue to expand its offerings into Dubai, Australia and Europe in 2011.
Pinnacle Performance Company (pinper.com), a performance-based communication skills® training firm staffed by professional actors and former fortune 500 corporate executives, is one of the first companies to provide customized performance-based delivery and acting techniques with an emphasis on intention and delivery.
