Manila, Philippines, 2011/01/23 - Philippine distributor of BitDefender security solutions, IPSYSTEMS, Inc, unveils a new and unique BitDefender program aimed at providing centralized and distributor-level technical support for its business customers.
BitDefender is making it easy and cost-effective for enterprise customers to maintain their security solution.
This was the statement released by Barbara Napiere, BitDefender product manager of IPSYSTEMS Inc, the Philippine distributor of the antivirus software during the launch of the new program.
Made up of a team of certified engineers, the BitDefender Expert Support program (ESP) provides customers with direct access to distributor-level technical support straight from IPSYSTEMS at no additional charge, for both remote and onsite assistance. This is a unique offering considering that customers would usually have to go through several communications with the reseller (first-level support) before the distributor steps in (second-level support), if at all.
“Being passed around for technical support is often a great source of frustration for many IT heads. We want to make it easy for our clients to maintain BitDefender and their security needs in general. With the ESP program, administrators can always be assured that a BitDefender certified engineer direct from the Distributor (IPSYSTEMS Inc) will be available at no additional cost, regardless of which IPSYSTEMS reseller the customer bought their BitDefender solution from,” added Ms. Napiere.
Diana Stoleru, BitDefender Channel Manager for Asia Pacific said: “We invite IT administrators in the Philippines to try out the BitDefender Expert Support program of our partner IPSYSTEMS Inc. We hope this will benefit our customers and help them to concentrate on other strategic projects, knowing that they can count on BitDefender to secure their network.”
BitDefender security solution combines advanced antimalware technology to provide security against e-threats, viruses, spyware, hackers, spam, and phishing attacks, along with ease of deployment, automatic updates, and near zero management for the entire network.
