These courses are part of a regular training programme to help users of Google AdWords at different levels of experience and are designed to make these advertising campaigns more cost-effective.
A new Introduction to Google AdWords training course in Sydney has been announced for Tuesday 11th January, 2011, in response to the growing business demand to develop in-house knowledge and skills to manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
This half day AdWords training course will cover all the basics to help users get started with a new Google AdWords account and then develop the campaign into a powerful marketing tool. As part of a small group, attendees will receive a 'hands on' training session that will go through the stages of setting up a new AdWords campaign and cover the main techniques to review and improve the performance of their advertising once it is activated.
The Advanced Google AdWords training course in Sydney on Thursday January 13th is a half day course that is designed as an advanced course for those businesses that have some experience with setting up or running a Google AdWords campaign, but want to get better results from their spend. It will cover such areas as advanced campaign settings and structure, keyword targeting, writing effective adverts, bid management techniques, the use of landing pages and conversion tracking.
Both training courses include a series of practical exercises and examples to give the attendees a good understanding of the techniques involved in a successful search engine marketing strategy, so that they will leave with the knowledge to put the learning into practice with their own websites.
These courses are being run by the Web Training Workshop, a specialist search engine marketing training company and part of the Web Marketing Workshop agency, with offices in Australia and the UK. The company offers a range of training courses covering SEO (search engine optimisation) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns – such as Google AdWords - which have been used successfully by many companies who want to develop their own skills in understanding and implementing these techniques.
Other training courses on offer include an introduction to Google Analytics, using social media marketing, and improving search techniques for business research. Courses are provided both as in-house training, with content tailored to the client’s own market and website, or as scheduled courses around Australia.
Clive Hawkins, who is running the training courses in Sydney, said: "The Google AdWords courses help to give those with some or no experience of using AdWords an insight into how they can set up well-structured new campaigns, or improve and refine their existing ones. Many companies start to use AdWords, thinking that it’s quite a simple system, but end up wasting money due to poorly structured and targeted campaigns. A course like this can be a quick way to refine their marketing activity and save wasted advertising spend through search."
Anyone interested in attending these courses, which take place in Brookvale on the mornings of Tuesday 11th and Thursday 13th January 2011 can sign up through the Web Training Workshop website. The website also includes information on all the courses and locations currently offered by the company.
The Web Training Workshop is a trading name of Web Marketing Workshop Pty Ltd and provides search engine marketing training for business websites, including courses on search engine optimization, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, social media marketing and search techniques. Training is provided either as in-house courses with content tailored to each client, or as larger scheduled courses around Australia.
