Unified communications (UC) software developer Geomant today announced availability of its portfolio of Microsoft Lync Server 2010-compatible UC solutions.
Geomant’s announcement is timed to coincide with Microsoft Corp.’s announcement today of the general availability of Lync Server 2010.
Geomant’s solutions, which will be available for Lync Server 2010 within 45 days, include:
• Contact Expert, a fully featured software-based Contact Centre solution.
• UC Client Accounting - a Lync Server 2010 call accounting and billing solution.
• Lync Server 2010 Call Recording.
• SMS for Lync Server 2010.
• Geomant Presence Suite: delivering Rich Presence, Geographic Presence, and Integration of presence with Business Applications.
