Santa Ana, CA, United States, 2010/11/13 - Bryan Bauer of Coreland Companies represented the seller in the sale of a 3.3-acre vacant auto dealership in the 50+ acre, 14-dealership Santa Ana Auto Mall in Santa Ana, Calif. The purchase price was $5,750,000.
Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced today that Bryan Bauer of Coreland Companies represented the seller in the sale of a 3.3-acre vacant auto dealership located in the 50+ acre, 14-dealership Santa Ana Auto Mall in Santa Ana, Calif. The purchase price was $5,750,000.
Located at 1455 Auto Mall Drive in Santa Ana, adjacent to the 55 freeway at Edinger, the 35,000+square-foot dealership was previously the long-time home of Bauer Jaguar. The property was built in 1998.
The buyer, which represented itself, was Santa Ana Properties II, a related entity that also owns and operates the nearby Mini Cooper Auto dealership and has plans to relocate the dealership to the new property. The seller was Jeffrey and Bryan, LLC of Costa Mesa.
