Janice specializes in computer hardware and software support and has been working in the information technology field since 2004 when she began her career as a computer support technician. Having recently attended several technology courses from Network Appliance and Microsoft, Janice continues to broaden her depth of computer knowledge. Ms. Nagel originally hails from Chicago and most recently worked as a Support Analyst for Superpages in Coppell, TX.
