Korecentricy, which is based in West Malling, Kent, UK, has secured the jobs of its key staff and acquired the market leading project supply chain software products, Material Advantage and Nereus.
The acquisition, which involved former Viasys management and external investors, sees the creation of a project procurement software provider with industry focus in the engineering and capital projects sector.
Korecentric (korecentric.com) has retained key development, sales and support staff who bring vast experience of project-based procurement and contract management software to the company.
Its family of supply chain software provides companies with greater access to information and control of large scale projects. The functionality enables significant time, resource and cost savings. Following the acquisition, Korecentric will be launching a range of new software products. Developed using the latest technologies from Microsoft, the new range will offer cutting edge performance with an extensive and dynamic user interface.
