PowerDirect Marketing has appointed Shirley Bradley as the new Vice President of Advertising Distribution Strategy and Operations.
Ms. Bradley has over 20 years of experience in providing dynamic and innovative operational solutions to the marketing and advertising industry. She will now have responsibilities over PowerDirect’s operations department, including distribution, auditing, quality control, print production, data analytics, and IT.
Ms. Bradley joins PowerDirect Marketing from Personnel Concepts where she was General Manager of the B2B online and print publishing company and held full P&L responsibilities of $40 million. During her time there, she grew revenue by 8% and led reductions in operating expenses through improved printing efficiencies and negotiations.
Prior to that, she was National Vice President, Strategic Business Development of ADVO, Inc., a $1.4 billion direct mail company, where she improved revenue from strategic alliances by 158% and launched 19 new strategic partnerships while reducing distribution expenses by 25%.
She also previously held various management positions at Tribune Company, including Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Production at NTC/Contemporary Publishing (a subsidiary of Tribune Education), and Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Tribune Publishing, where she led negotiations, acquisitions, and integrations of companies ranging from $5 million to $100 million.
