Perceptive Software, creator of ImageNow® enterprise content management solutions, announced today that New Hanover Regional Medical Center will deploy ImageNow in its finance department.
New Hanover Regional Medical Center's hospitals and services have long-standing roots in southeastern North Carolina, offering quality care close to home for generations of families through all stages of life. In addition to its main campus, New Hanover Regional Medical Center includes Cape Fear Hospital in Wilmington and Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw. New Hanover Regional Medical Center is the ninth largest health care system in the state with a dedicated team of 4,400 employees, 565 physicians and 800 active volunteers.
Integrated LearnMode™ technology will enable ImageNow to connect seamlessly with NHRMC’s host application, Lawson. Non-programmatic integration means the ImageNow implementation process will take just weeks rather than months, helping NHRMC realize an immediate return on investment.
ImageNow Workflow will simplify invoice processing by reducing the number of steps within the approval process by providing NHRMC employees a complete history of each document, from the time it is scanned into ImageNow until it is archived.
Complete ImageNow and Lawson integration will enable users to create reports for all invoices, allowing financial directors throughout the organization to quickly review financial information without the hassle and costs associated with duplicating and distributing large paper files, particularly during an audit process.
