Quest will then mail a hard copy of the course to participating advisors for them to review the content. Following, the advisors will RSVP online using Quest’s proprietary administration tool, questtrak, to attend a 1-hour review session carried out by one of your instructors. Lastly, the advisor will complete a hand written exam and mail the results in to Quest for grading. Once Quest has graded the exams, credits will be submitted and your advisors will receive CE credit and a certificate for their training.
