Prior to executing the Joint Venture Agreement, Kualiti Alam sent a team to Manila to witness first hand the Palingenesis Process which was utilized by Pathogenesis Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Palingenesis and stated their complete satisfaction with everything they saw including the treatment of clinical waste.
