Amadeus Consulting announces new technology innovation and quality leadership roles for longtime leaders in the organization Steve Loper and Joseph Klida. Both Steve and Joseph, highly respected members of the team, have been with Amadeus Consulting for many years, 15 and 13 years respectively, and have risen in the company by providing excellence in leadership, technical quality, and delivering business results using both mainstream technology frameworks and with emerging technology.
Steve Loper is now taking the leadership position of Senior Quality Engineer. His new role formalizes Steve’s strength of leadership in technical quality into repeatable process to further ensure key project outcomes in the development process. He has been employed in many integral roles over the course of his tenure with Amadeus Consulting, and among his many strengths are the leverage he gains from his background as one of the top .NET and SQL Server database architects in the country and his passion for technical quality that will serve him well in this newly created position.
Joseph Klida is now assuming the leadership position of Senior Technical Architect. Joseph ensures Amadeus Consulting's technical innovation leadership by facilitating early adoption of new technologies. Drawing from his extensive experience as an architectural developer and a senior level systems administrator, he will develop best practices and advise the development teams on the best architecture practices for each project. Additionally, he will perform continuous advanced technical analyses and fold new technologies into the development processes within the company. This effort brings innovation benefits to companies with much less technology risk.
Steve and Joe will also continue to foster Amadeus Consulting’s practice of hiring and developing some of the most brilliant technological minds in the industry. As experts in finding great technologists for the team, Steve and Joe will continue to play integral roles in the administration of the company’s very technical tests as part of a multi-day interview process. However, the true differentiator of the process is Amadeus Consulting’s proven approach to truly find technologists who have a high level of aptitude.
