Accru Wine announced the release of its newest version of the Accru Engine, its proprietary direct to consumer technology solution, a core component of its integrated marketing services for the wine industry. With the release of version 1.1, Accru has added real-time compliance functionality and streamlined fulfillment to meet the needs of US wineries.
The Accru Engine now assists wineries make real-time compliance decisions at the time a consumer enters an order. “The current system of state laws is an archaic maze of rules which makes it extremely difficult for a winery to make a decision at the point that a sale occurs as to whether that shipment is ‘compliant.’ There are a number of services that provide that information at the end of the month, but information that’s not actionable is not valuable,” said Frank McBrearty, Accru Wine’s Product Director.
Also in this release, Accru Engine’s logistics and fulfillment capabilities have been enhanced to streamline the fulfillment process and automate low value added activities.
