Application management services have become increasingly important for customers to help ensure high-quality operations of their SAP® solutions in a sustainable, cost-effective manner. To be able to easily identify and judge the capabilities of potential service providers in this area, SAP developed a certification program for existing service partners that provide application management services for SAP solutions.
Prior to achieving global application management certification, SAP performed a rigorous assessment of YASH’s delivery and support capabilities to global customers in key regions. YASH also had to prove competency of country-specific markets and regulations, and multi-time zone support with multilingual service.
