This partnership forms part of Version One’s strategy to increase its foothold in the African document management market.
AdvanceNet provides business software solutions to African organisations including financial management, customer relationship management, performance management, infrastructure management and mobility management solutions. Under the terms of the partnership, AdvanceNet is re-selling Version One’s document management and imaging solutions integrated into financial management and electronic procurement systems, including Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), Infor FMS SunSystems, SAP Business One and Proactis.
Using Version One’s integrated solutions, AdvanceNet’s customers are able to electronically create, deliver, authorise, store, manage and process all their financial documents (invoices, statements, purchase orders etc.), eliminating the printing, photocopying, postage and filing of paper documents. Version One users typically report a payback within just six months as well as considerable savings of staff time.
