INSA’s monitoring capabilities allow multiple Interact systems across local or wide area networks (LAN, WAN), as well as remote standalone Interact systems, to be monitored and controlled at a single point.
Developed as a web-based graphical user interface, INSA allows you to monitor your Interact VoiceXML and Real-Time Billing and Rating solutions from anywhere via a secure webpage. INSA provides real-time statistics for these multiple Interact systems, which can be filtered, viewed live, compiled into reports, or used to trigger alerts. The alerts can be sent out via email or SNMP traps.
Interact’s INSA simplifies system monitoring by providing a graphical interface to manage multiple Interact systems at a single point of control. The sophisticated graphical user interface of INSA allows stats of interest to be viewed graphically in real-time.
