As business development manager Steve will work with designers and engineers in train makers, operating companies and rolling stock owners.

Starting his career with British Rail Engineering (BREL) in Derby, Steve gained experience with British Rail, Alstom Trains, Virgin Trains and Bombardier in technical procurement roles. A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Steve’s role for Rowe Hankins will be to promote safety related systems including high integrity circuit breakers, speed monitoring equipment, on-train monitoring and recording instruments OTMRS, wheel flange lubrication.
