Kevin Gass is the newest Master Franchisor in the growing network of building service and maintenance franchises awarded by Stratus Building Solutions, a successful international company setting new standards in the building services and maintenance franchise industry.
As President of Stratus Building Solutions of Columbia, Mr. Gass plans to hire two employees immediately and create about 100 new jobs this year by establishing Stratus Building Solutions unit franchises to serve building owners and property managers in greater Columbia.
