Madrid, Spain, 02/02/2010 – Bioalma announced today the release of a novoseek’s API that will allow a customized interaction with the company’s biomedical search engine. Novoseek’s free-of-charge API will enable the user to integrate novoseek-derived information in different data workflows so as to extract key biomedical concept annotations on scientific texts. Based on this API, Bioalma has also developed a gadget platform that will easily help Web developers enrich the content on their pages.

The API is free and at this moment it has restrictions on usage of up to 300 petitions per day. The only request for its use is an API key that should be used both for programming or using of the gadget builder platform.
