More than 12,000 votes were cast by VARs, integrators and solution providers, and ConnectWise scored highly in all seven categories: Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation, and Adequate VAR Margins. To ensure the statistical accuracy of the survey, the publication partnered with researchers at Penn State University.
