The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) has just announced that CADO Real Estate Group sales and marketing professionals from San Diego, Los Angeles and Las Vegas have been selected as recipients of NSMC’s “The Nationals” Silver Awards, signifying that they have been judged to be the best-of-the-best in the nation in their sales and marketing roles within the home building industry.
Honorees and Silver Award recipients include the following CADO Real Estate professionals:
Maranda Blanton of Los Angeles, community sales manager at the W Hollywood residences, has been named one of the six best salespeople in her category in the country by NSMC, and was awarded a Silver Award as “Salesperson of the Year”.
Barbara Wagar, Chris Hein & Keith Peterson were selected as “Sales Team of the Year” Silver Award recipients for their work in San Diego selling for home builder D.R. Horton, and are also designated as one of the nation’s six best sales teams.
Marianne Pepe, Senior Vice President and Regional Sales and Marketing Manager in Las Vegas, and a previous recipient of last year’s NSMC’s Silver Award for “Sales Manager of the Year”, has been awarded her second Silver Award as “Marketing Director of the Year”, and is one of only three individuals honored nationally in this category by NSMC.
These individuals will be formally recognized at NAHB’s International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Nevada in January, where they will all be in contention for a “Gold Award” (signifying best in the nation) in each of their respective categories at “The Nationals”, a grand award ceremony in its 28th year that honors achievements by individuals and firms throughout the United States.
