As part of Raya’s strategy to cater to the increasing demand for Contact Center services in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, the company recently moved to a state-of-the-art contact center in the 6th of October City, Egypt. The new contact center building was inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Nazif, the Prime Minister of Egypt.

The event was attended by number of ministers, government dignitaries and representatives from the IT and telecom sector. The new fully-equipped building occupies 53,800 square meters and accommodates over 800 seats. It is equipped with the latest telecommunications technologies to offer a wide array of high quality services for Raya’s diversified portfolio of clients all over the world 24/7. These services are delivered by a team of qualified, well-trained, multilingual agents who are able to carry out effective cross-cultural communication.

The building is equipped with control units to monitor and to record all calls in addition to a strict security system that guarantees the confidentiality of clients’ information in an attempt to comply with international quality standards. The advanced telecom infrastructure offers secure, stable and reliable connection to all places in the world.
