Avaya today announced that Innovatia, Inc. has been named as an Avaya Accredited Learning Partner. The designation authorizes Innovatia to provide training and certification for Avaya channel partners in unified communications, contact centre and SME solutions. The training will enable Avaya channel partner associates to cost-effectively and conveniently obtain the skills they need to achieve Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) and Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) designations.
Innovatia designs, develops, and delivers end-to-end training solutions for the telecommunications, energy, and health sectors and is one of only a few Accredited Learning Partners outside the Avaya distributor network.

Based on individual client needs, Innovatia’s ACA and ACS courses will be offered both online and in classroom based settings. Classroom training locations will vary depending on volume and will be offered in numerous locations across Canada and the U.S. Virtual classroom training will also be available live online with a designated instructor.
